Ztr\u00e1ta hodnoty budovy by byla vyv\u00e1\u017eena zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm ceny stavebn\u00edho pozemku a na n\u011bm by mohla vzniknout nov\u00e1 radnice se slu\u017eebnou m\u011bstsk\u00e9 policie, \u00fasporn\u00fdm azylov\u00fdm domem pro \u017eeny a mu\u017ee s d\u011btmi v nouzi. Vejde se tam i srniorklub a denn\u00ed stacion\u00e1\u0159 pro jihom\u011bstsk\u00e9 seniory.
